We
Provide Service to our Clients in Several Different Ways:
Customer
Service Representativesare available via telephone
during business hours, 9am to 4pm (Pacific Standard Time),
Monday - Friday, except for government holidays. Our
representative’s primary responsibility is to assist
adjusters with following-up on the status of their ordered
documents, take new request, and providing other technical
support.
We have computer software that
prevents "double ordering" therefore, saving your
company costs.
Example:
Two
adjusters are assigned to work on the same claim and they
both order documents without the other knowing. (our
software will pick-up on the order “real time” and allow
our staff to contact the client to alert them of the double
order and obtain an authorization for the second request, if
this second order was made by mistake, we will void the
second order and make sure that both ordering adjusters
receive a copy of the documents.

Receiving
Documents can be
obtained one of three ways.
U.S. Mail allows for
the “original copy” of the report that can be used for
adjusting a claim or entering into court action. The only
delay is U.S. Mail delivery policies.
Faxed documents allow
your staff to receive the reports approximately 3-7 days
earlier. The report quality may be reduced on copying of
the document and the quality of the received fax.
Scanned documents allow Adjustors to receive
“.pdf” files via e-mail. Adobe Acrobat Reader is
usually included free with your Internet browser or it can
be downloaded for free here. Adjustor can then save the
report to the claims file or print out a copy for follow
up. Click here
to sign up for this option
All
modes of receiving the documents are the same price, and
it's
your choice on
the type of
documents your
company will receive. If you receive the documents via fax or
.pdf file, Orange County Research Bureau will archive the
reports for 10 business days from the time your staff receives
the document. During the 10 days, your staff can request an
improved copy if the quality is illegible.
Method
of Payment - can
be individualized to meet your company’s needs:
